Terms of Service
Plain terms for using AgentReady's website diagnostics.
The service
AgentReady reads publicly accessible pages of a website you submit and produces a diagnostic report: scores, findings and — on paid tiers — recommendations. It is an automated analysis tool, not professional advice.
Websites you may scan
Only submit websites you own or are authorised to analyse. You must not use AgentReady to probe systems you have no right to test. We refuse addresses that resolve to private or internal networks.
Accuracy and limitations
Findings are generated from what our scan can read at the time it runs. Pages that block automated access, render entirely in the browser, or change after the scan may produce incomplete or inaccurate results. Scores are relative indicators, not guarantees of ranking, traffic or revenue.
You are responsible for reviewing recommendations before acting on them, and for any changes you make to your website.
Payments
Paid tiers are one-time purchases in Malaysian Ringgit, processed by Stripe. There is no subscription and nothing recurs. Access is unlocked for the specific report you paid for, once Stripe confirms the payment.
Refunds
Because the report is delivered immediately on payment, purchases are generally non-refundable. If the report failed to deliver, was materially incomplete due to a fault on our side, or you were charged twice, contact us and we'll put it right.
Implementation work
Implementation engagements are quoted and agreed separately before any work begins. Submitting a request is not a commitment by either side.
Report links
Report links are unguessable but unauthenticated: anyone holding the link can view the report. Keep your link private. We may remove reports that were generated abusively.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of AgentReady is limited to the amount you paid for the report in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
